Perinatal Coaching Service offers weekly one-to-one sessions for up to six months to support mental wellbeing, resilience, and confidence during pregnancy and early parenthood. Using a client-centred, trauma-informed approach, we focus on stress management, emotional support, self-care, and practical strategies. We also help parents connect with relevant services and support networks.

Our coaching provides tailored, strengths-based support throughout your perinatal journey.

We currently do not accept self-referral for coaching service. However, anyone is welcome to the workshops
