We offer a range of group workshops designed to support your emotional wellbeing during the perinatal period.

Who Is This For?

Our groups and workshops are for expecting parents and cares, or in the first two years after birth, and wants to know learn more about wellbeing, perinatal mental health, coping strategies and who wants to connect with other new parents though our groups & workshops.

Wellbeing Workshops from our Coaching Team

Our coaching team runs a series of Wellbeing Workshops that focus on building awareness, emotional resilience, and healthy relationships. These sessions cover topics such as:

  • Understanding mental health and wellbeing
  • Perinatal mental health
  • Everyday life stressors
  • Partner and family support
  • Healthy relationships
  • Self-compassion and self-esteem
  • The role of sleep in mental health

These workshops are open to all parents and caregivers and take place at Craig Park Family Hub, Ponders End Family Hub, and online. You’re welcome to join any session that interests you, at the location that works best for you. These are drop-in sessions so no need to book beforehand.

Do you enjoy Arts & Crafts? Are you an expecting parent or have a little one under 2? Looking for something calming, creative, and supportive?

Join us for Calm the Mind, a relaxed and welcoming drop-in arts & crafts session designed especially for expecting parents and parents with children aged 0–2 years.

While you create, we’ll gently explore different mental health and wellbeing topics, offering space to share, reflect, and connect.

A great way to unwind, meet others, and enjoy mindful creativity.
