We offer a range of group workshops designed to support your emotional wellbeing during the perinatal period.
Our groups and workshops are for expecting parents and cares, or in the first two years after birth, and wants to know learn more about wellbeing, perinatal mental health, coping strategies and who wants to connect with other new parents though our groups & workshops.
Our coaching team runs a series of Wellbeing Workshops that focus on building awareness, emotional resilience, and healthy relationships. These sessions cover topics such as:
These workshops are open to all parents and caregivers and take place at Craig Park Family Hub, Ponders End Family Hub, and online. You’re welcome to join any session that interests you, at the location that works best for you. These are drop-in sessions so no need to book beforehand.
