Receptionist

Mind in Enfield and Barnet is a fast-growing charity in North London providing much needed therapy, wellbeing support and advocacy services to people with mental health problems. This growth has created the need for us to expand our reception team through the recruitment of two new receptionist roles for our Barnet office.

The purpose of these roles is to provide a welcoming, pleasant, safe, and functional environment for visitors, clients, volunteers and staff and to support the administration of the organisation.

The roles will be based at our Barnet office but you may be required to go to our Enfield office occasionally if necessary.

Office and Office Administrator and Receptionist advert

Mind in Enfield and Barnet is a fast-growing charity in North London providing much needed therapy, wellbeing support and advocacy services to people with mental health problems. This growth has created the need for us to expand our office administration and reception team through the recruitment of an Office Administrator and Receptionist.

The purpose of this role is to be the face of Mind in Enfield and Barnet, providing a welcoming, pleasant, safe, and functional environment for visitors, clients, volunteers and staff and to work closely with the HR & Office Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation through good administration. The role will be 25 hours per week.

This role will be based at our Barnet office but you will be expected to go to our Enfield office when needed.

Community Engagement Practitioner (Personality Difficulties and Complex Emotional Needs)

This is an innovative new service, integrating the expertise, skills and knowledge of the VCS network in Barnet with NHS Mental Health services. The purpose of the role is to provide psycho-social support to clients, working within specialist Mental Health teams and the partners of the Wellbeing Together CIC.

The role will carry an active caseload supporting access into services appropriate to their level of need, with a focus on recovery and independence, and improve self-management of their wellbeing through intensive support. CEPs will support the core community mental health teams working in alignment with Primary Care Networks as part of the new model.

The CEP team will focus on empowering clients to achieve socio-economic goals with clear mental health and wellbeing benefits, and team members will also have different specialisms. This post will lead on specialist support for clients with Personality Difficulties and complex emotional needs. The post holder will be responsible for will help to facilitate and co-deliver recovery focused groups and contribute to the development of new community resources.

This role will be working as part of a partnership of Mind Enfield and Barnet (MiEB), Alphacares & Enfield Saheli. You will be employed by MiEB in Enfield.

We are recruiting for 3 Community Engagement Practitioners of which one will be a Lead responsible for coordination and line management support.

This is an innovative new service, integrating the expertise, skills and knowledge of the VCS network in Barnet with NHS Mental Health services. The purpose of the role is to provide psycho-social support to clients, working within specialist Mental Health teams and the partners within the VCS Enfield partners.

Wellbeing Network Project Manager

This employment contract will be three years, with a possible extension.

Are you interested in helping to develop an exciting new project, working in the community and helping people to maximise their Health and Wellbeing? 

Working as a member of a consortia of local Voluntary and Community Sector agencies, Enfield Wellbeing network, we work with people to find identify Health and Wellbeing goals and increase health and resilience.  We are looking to recruit an outstanding Project Manager to coordinate all aspects of delivery, forge working relationships within EWN, liaise with stakeholders, and manage Mind Enfield and Barnet’s delivery.

 This is an interesting role that includes working alongside health and social care professionals, community organisations and members of the public. The successful candidates would be ensuring that the project meets the needs of clients with Mental Health challenges, those with long term health conditions, elderly, and carers, as well as those experiencing social isolation and social care needs. 

 The role includes working across the Enfield Wellbeing Network to ensure that all resources are in place, support delivery across all partners, coordinate joint offers such as workshops and events, contribute to the development of new community resources, collate reports, and line manage Mind Enfield and Barnet’s Wellbeing Practitioner and volunteer team.

Working as a member of a consortia of local VCS agencies, Enfield Wellbeing network, we work with people to find identify Health and Wellbeing goals and increase health and resilience.  We are looking to recruit an outstanding Health and Wellbeing Worker to deliver Mind in Enfield and Barnet’s office through managing a caseload of clients, developing and facilitating community activities and lead health awareness sessions.  

This is an interesting role that includes working alongside health and social care professionals, community organisations and members of the public. The successful candidate would be working with people with Mental Health challenges, as well as long term health conditions, social isolation and social care needs. 

The role includes managing a caseload of referrals, acting as a ‘named person’ for individuals, developing an outcome focused action plan, ensuring the client gets the support /services they need, connecting clients up to buddies and befrienders to help them reach their goals, and ensuring clients are connected to their community while promoting clients to self-manage their health and wellbeing and build resilience.

Project Implementation Manager Job Ad

We are launching an innovative new service, integrating the expertise, skills and knowledge of the VCS network in Barnet and Enfield with NHS Mental Health services. Mind in Enfield and Barnet are working with VCS partners in each borough, directly employing staff to be embedded within specialist Mental Health Teams, to provide psycho-social support to clients and community engagement support.

The purpose of this role is to support the integration of these staff, developing and implementing systems and processes to support their delivery and working alongside Head of Services to provide Project Management overview and support.
