Who Is This For?

Our groups and workshops are for expecting parents and cares, or in the first two years after birth, and wants to know learn more about wellbeing, perinatal mental health, coping strategies and who wants to connect with other new parents though our groups & workshops.

Wellbeing Workshops from our Coaching Team

Our coaching team runs a series of Wellbeing Workshops that focus on building awareness, emotional resilience, and healthy relationships. These sessions cover topics such as:

  • Understanding mental health and wellbeing
  • Perinatal mental health
  • Everyday life stressors
  • Partner and family support
  • Healthy relationships
  • Self-compassion and self-esteem
  • The role of sleep in mental health

These workshops are open to all parents and caregivers and take place at Craig Park Family Hub, Ponders End Family Hub, and online. You’re welcome to join any session that interests you, at the location that works best for you. Please see the schedule & booking form below for details

Calm the Mind with Arts & Crafts

Our crisis outreach team offers Calm the Mind with Arts & Crafts workshops — creative, hands-on sessions focused on stress reduction and emotional grounding. These sessions are designed to help prevent crisis by offering a safe space to relax, connect with others, and build practical tools for emotional regulation.

Together, these two workshop pathways support emotional wellbeing, prevention, and resilience across all stages of the perinatal journey.

You are welcome to these sessions without need to book in advance, just drop-in!
