The Wellbeing Service aims to provide workshops and courses to help people’s mental wellbeing (eg Mindfulness for Self Compassion workshops) and provide routes to positively engage in society (eg Self Esteem and Effective Communication courses).
We will be running the following workshops and courses for the community. They are a mixture of face to face and online via zoom, and are available to adults over 18.

Anger Management. For people wanting to understand anger, and be introduced to tools to manage it.

Body Care. An introduction to simple everyday practices (eg washing, using scrubs and oils, breathing, eating and exercise) to keep the body well.

Everyday Wellbeing. To learn and practice simple techniques to strengthen wellbeing.
Starting Thurs 21 May, 2-4pm online via zoom
Makeup for Wellbeing. To learn about different types of makeup and skin care methods, and how to use them to benefit wellbeing and self esteem.
Starting Tues 19 May, 11am-1pm online via zoom
Personal Development. To consider 5 main areas of life, and learn how to make plans for improvements.
